Lorain County Auditor Craig Snodgrass made the right move March 13 appealing to the Ohio Supreme Court to challenge the most recent and final decision of the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals regarding the valuation of the Nexus pipeline system. After lengthy consideration and input from multiple stakeholders in Lorain County and throughout Ohio, Snodgrass decided to appeal. Nexus Gas Transmission is an approximately 256-mile, 36-inch pipeline running through 12 Ohio counties and into a portion of Michigan.
